Location
Our June 15th TLI will be held in the Social Sciences Building at the University of Michigan’s Dearborn campus.
Special Speaker & Event
We’re excited to announce that our Dearborn TLI will feature a guest speaker, Paul Artale from District 62. Paul competed for District 62 in the 2018 Semi-Finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking. In addition to presenting our keynote and a separate breakout session during the TLI, Paul will stay with us for a separate afternoon workshop, titled “Unleash Your Message: Using Storytelling to Inspire and Inform the World.”
If you’d like to attend Paul’s workshop, please be sure to register (details on the workshop event page) so that we can plan accordingly.
Agenda
We’ll be adding more items to the agenda as the event approaches. Here are a few of the things we have planned:
- Breakout sessions for each of the club officer roles
- Pathways for Base Camp Managers training included in the breakout sessions for VPs of Education, Presidents and Secretaries
- Pathways for Members
- Breakout session on Toastmasters branding with John Salalila
- Video Council Meetings with Heather Lane and Chris Eichorn
See you in Dearborn!
