Registration

Register online today! Our early bird registration price of $169 is available until March 31st, after which the cost for the full conference will be $199. Can’t make it for the whole conference? No problem! We have a range of à la carte attendance options.

Please note: contestants who only plan to attend the contest(s) in which they’re competing (and no other part of the conference) do not need to register.

Room Reservations

Planning to stay overnight? Book your room at a discounted room rate of $159/night by mentioning code T28 when you call 313-336-3340, or use our room reservation page on the Hilton website. If you encounter an error while loading the page, you may need to disable your VPN.

Conference Program

Want to get your message in front of business and community leaders? Our conference program presents an excellent opportunity to promote your products or services, celebrate milestone club anniversaries, or share "Toast-a-monials" from your members. Ad spots go fast, so act soon! Please submit your ad by March 31st to take advantage of this opportunity.

To reserve your program ad space:

1. Select an ad size from the tables below
2. Prepare your artwork as a high-resolution PDF or JPG
3. Submit payment via PayPal* to finance@d28toastmasters.org, indicating that the payment is for “Conference Ad”
4. Email your ad artwork to Eunice Mark at eunicemark810@gmail.com with “Conference Ad 2026” in the subject line
