Behind every successful Toastmasters club is a team of dedicated leaders who believe in growth, service, and transformation. If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact beyond your home club, now is the perfect time to step into one of three powerful leadership roles: Club Coach, Club Mentor, or Club Sponsor.
Club Coach: Reignite a Club’s Potential
Clubs with 12 or fewer members can request a Club Coach to help rebuild strength and sustainability. As a coach, you’ll work closely with the club’s officers and members to increase membership, improve the quality of meetings, and foster long-term success.
What’s in it for you?
- Earn district leadership credit toward your Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award
- Develop coaching, team-building, and problem-solving skills
- Make a direct and lasting impact on a club’s future
Club Mentor: Set a New Club Up for Success
New clubs thrive with strong mentorship. As a Club Mentor, you’ll be assigned to a newly chartered club to guide them through their first 6–12 months, helping establish strong meeting habits, officer roles, and a healthy club culture.
Why it matters:
- Build lasting relationships and leadership credibility
- Shape the future of a club from day one
- Gain a unique experience you can bring back to your own club
Club Sponsor: Launch Something Extraordinary
Sponsors are the driving force behind starting a new Toastmasters club. If you’re passionate about bringing the Toastmasters experience to new audiences—whether in a company, community, or online—this is your chance to lead that effort.
As a Sponsor, you will:
- Promote and organize demo meetings
- Support the chartering process
- Guide the club through its early stages of development
Ready to Lead? Ready to Serve?
These roles aren’t just opportunities to help clubs grow—they’re pathways to grow yourself. Whether you want to strengthen your leadership portfolio, earn credit toward your DTM award, or simply give back, Club Coach, Mentor, and Sponsor roles are high-impact ways to serve our District 28 Toastmasters family.
