D28 Community members:  This is to announce to one and all that the third issue of the Cornerstone is now available on the District 28 website, at www.d28toastmasters.org.  In it, you will find:
  - details on the Region VI conference
  - a wrap-up of the District Spring conference
  - information about upcoming officer trainings
  - information about club building contests that are taking place as we wrap up this Toastmaster year in a few short weeks.
