Speakers Bureau Qualifier
This is the opportunity to find out what the Speakers Bureau is all about. Speakers will be vying to become a District 28 Qualified Speaker. Becoming a Qualified Speaker entails presenting a 20–22 minute speech of their choice to the audience. Speakers will be evaluated on both content and presentation by a team of qualified Toastmasters. The District is required to hold at least two meetings each year. The first online meeting must take place no later than September 30 to approve the District budget and any other business. District Council members—club Presidents and VPEs—and District Executive Committee (DEC) members are eligible voters. Clubs in good standing each carry two votes. DEC members each carry one vote.
