Speech contests are an important part of the Toastmasters educational program. This is the opportunity to find out what the Speakers Bureau is all about. Speakers will be vying to become a District 28 Qualified Speaker. Becoming a Qualified Speaker entails presenting a 20–22 minute speech of their choice to the audience. Speakers will be evaluated on both content and presentation by a team of qualified Toastmasters.
