[D28_community] New Cornerstone Posted

Greetings, District 28 Community!   This is to tell you that the latest issue of the Cornerstone has been posted to the D28 website, at http://www.d28toastmasters.org/CornerStone/Cornerstone_06-07Issue_3.pdf
   
  The issue includes:
   
  - information on the Spring conference, which will be April 20-21 in Southfield, MI
  - information on the upcoming Division Evaluation and International Speech contests
  - a piece on the Toastmasters billboards that have popped up this month
  - information on dues renewals, which are due THIS MONTH
  - information about Proxies, which will be coming to club Presidents THIS MONTH
  - information about membership and educational award contests
  - registration forms for the District conference AND the Regional conference which will be in June in Rochester, NY
   
  With this issue we are going toward saving lots of District money by only providing printed copies to Toastmasters who've specifically requested them.  As not all club members are on the D28 Community list, please pass this information on to your fellow club members and encourage them to surf to the newsletter!   If you know someone who wants a hardcopy, please let us know.  The hardcopies will be mailed out later this week.
