[D28_community] Winners of D28 Education and Leadership Award Contests

The drawings for the most recent District 28 education and leadership 
award contests were held at the October District Executive Committee 
meeting.  Congratulations to the following individuals!

*"The Goal Post Game"* was designed to recognize and reward members who 
complete and submit communication awards to TI between July 1-September 
30, 2006.  Each winner will receive a $15 TI gift certificate (enough 
for three advanced manuals!)
