Welcome to Top of Troy Toastmasters (#864753), which chartered on May 
17, 2006!  The community club, which meets at at 755 W. Big Beaver Rd., 
Suite 1900 in Troy, is in Division E, Area 23.  Club Sponsors are Bill 
Roberts, DTM, and Maryann Foster, CTM.  The Club Mentor is Wade Manley, 
ATM-B.   Novi Toastmasters  is the sponsoring club.
