[D28_community] Toastmasters: New Communication and Leadership Contests!

Hello!  I am pleased to announce the current District 28 contests for 
Toastmasters who complete communication awards (Competent Communicator 
and Advanced Communicator levels) and/or leadership awards (Competent 
Leader and Advanced Leader levels).

"The Goal Post Game" is for communication awards.  "Get the Lead Out!" 
is for leadership awards.  Both contests run July 1 - September 30.
