Named for TI’s founder, Dr. Ralph C. Smedley, The Smedley Award program 
recognizes clubs that add five or more new members during the months of 
August and September.  The prize is the commemorative Smedley Award 
banner ribbon.  District 28 is proud to announced that the following 
eight clubs have earned The Smedley Award for 2005-2006:
